Pottery Classes Forget Harry Potter come and be a happy potter! Each year from January to March and from October to December I run Pottery Classes which take the form of small informal groups of six students per class who come to the workshop for two and a half hour sessions over a period of seven weeks. Half the time is spent hand building and half throwing with both beginners and more advanced students welcome. St Andrews, Fife, Scotland About Us   The shop and workshop were originally established in 1984 under the name of Church Square Ceramics to produce traditional hand thrown Scottish pottery. After fifteen years of working in the middle of St Andrews, an opportunity arose to create a new workshop in 1999 when we moved to Blebo Craigs.
Using my own clay mix my reduction fired stoneware is ideal for tableware and something which is harder to find now, a gift that is truly made in St Andrews.
